  • Delicious And Healthy Masala Chana chaat..

    ingredients:-

    2 cup black chickpeas ( 1 cup =200 ml)
    1 medium size onion fine chopped
    1-2 medium size tomatoes
    2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
    1-2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp kasuri methi
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1/2 tsp +3/4 tsp salt ( used 2 times )
    pinch of baking soda
    1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
    1 tsp mango powder
    2-3 green chilies
    3-4 tbsp oil
