No Grind Tomato Chutney - Ghee Roast Fried Rice With Brinjal - Vangi Bath Recipe - Thakali Pachadi

  • No grind Tomato Chutney - Vangi bath or brinjal fried rice is quick and easy and with this tomato chutney its better than biryani - Opps i said it !

    Take a kadai
    Add oil 3spoon.
    Add Mustard Seed 1/2 spoon.
    Add cumin seeds 1/2 spoon.
    Add Red chillies 3no.
    Add channadal 1 spoon.
    Add uraddal 1spoon.
    Add Curry leaves 2 sprinkle.
    Add onion 1no.
    Add salt to taste.
    Garlic 7no.
    Add turmeric powder 1/4 spoon.
    Add tomatoes 2no.
    Cook it for 10 minutes.
    Add Chilly Powder 1spoon.
    Add sugar some.
    Tamarind juice 1cup.
    Cook it for 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice...

    Brinjal fry rice.

    Rice masala.
    Heat a pan.
    Add red chillies 8no.
    Add peppercorn 1spoon.
    Add coriender seeds 1 spoon.
    Add mix garam masala some.
    Add uraddal 1 spoon.
    Add channadal 1 spoon.
    Add peanut 1 spoon.
    Add cumin seeds 1/2 spoon.
    Add fenugreek Seeds1/4spoon.
    Add Kuskus 1/4 spoon.
    Add coconut powder 2 spoon.
    Roast it well and blend it powder.
    Take a kadai.

    Add oil 4 spoon.
    Add mustard seeds 1/2spoon
    Add Red chillies 4no.
    Add channadal 1/2 spoon.
    Add uraddal 1/2 spoon.
    Add cashew nuts 2 spoon.
    Add Curry leaves 2 sprinkle.
    Add hing 3 pinch.
    Add green chillies 5no.
    Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon.
    Add brinjal 10 no
    Add salt to taste.
    Add tamarind juice 1/4 Cup.
    Add jagery small piece.
    Add ground masala.
    Add coriender leaves
    Add ghee 3 spoon.
    Add boiled rice 2 Cup.
    Mix it well.
    And serve hot hot...with Tomato chutney..
