    What is my new mixer and where can you purchase it? It is a Bosch manufactured in Germany. We have talked to the main US supplier and they are out of stock until October 2020.     NOW FOR THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE:
    Parmesan Chicken
    THIN SLICED CHICKEN BREAST
    1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
    Cut breast meat in half to make them thinner for frying 1/2" thick pieces. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Place flour in shallow dish and dip the chicken in it lightly (both sides).
    1 LB. SPAGHETTI NODDLES
    Cook noodles per package direction and drain.
    ITALIAN STYLE CROUTONS CRUSHED
    Place these in a shallow dish or pie plate. After dusting chicken with flour, place in croutons and press down to coat both sides well.
    LARGE SKILLET
    COOKING OIL
    Put oil in skillet about 1” high. Oil must be HOT. Put a small amount of crust in oil and once it floats and sizzles WELL, your grease is hot and ready! Fry 3 minutes per side on medium/high heat. Take out with tongs and place on a paper towel covered platter/plate.
    In a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray layer as follows: Spaghetti noodles, mix a bottle of BERTOLI MARINARA with 1 CUP WATER and pour over noodles. Place fried chicken on top of that. Placed large slices of MOZZARELLA CHEESE on chicken then sprinkle with PARMESAN cheese and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
