How to Make Dalgona Coffee | Chowhound at Home — Make It #WithMe

This internet sensation is based off of a traditional Korean toffee candy called dalgona (달고나), and it is as delicious as it looks. The ingredient list is simple: instant coffee or instant espresso, sugar, and water.     RECIPE (Serves 1)
    1 tablespoon instant coffee or instant espresso
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon water
    Milk of choice

    In a bowl, combine the first three ingredients. Blend until it is a light toffee color and holds its peak.
    In a glass, pour your milk 3/4 of the way up. Dollop the dalgona coffee with an ice cream scoop or large spoon. Mix well and enjoy!
