  • CHICKEN CURRY & JEERA MUTTER PULAO

    Heat a pan add water add 500 grams of chicken
    Add some salt and cook for 12 minutes
    In a cooker pan add 2 tb spn of oil
    Add whole garam masala
    Add ½ cup of chopped onions
    Add some salt (required)
    And cook it in brown colour
    Then add 1 tsp of dry coconut powder
    Add 2 sprigs of curry leaves
    Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
    Add 1 cup of tomato puree
    Add 1 tsp of kashmirri chilli powder
    Add ½ cup of cashew nut paste
    And cook for 4 minutes
    Now add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
    Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
    Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
    Add ½ tsp of fennel powder
    Add some water
    Add ½ tsp of garam masala and mix it.
    Then transfer the chicken in to a cooker pan
    And cook it.
    in the last add 1 tsp of pepper powder
    Jeera mutter pulao;-
    In a pan add 1 tb spn of ghee
    Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds
    Add ½ cup of green peas
    Add 1 tb spn of chopped coriander leaves
    Add 3 ½ cup of water
    Add some salt
    Add 2 cups of rice and cook for 1 whistle
    Now serve the chicken rogan josh with jeera mutter pulao
