  • Ingredients
    Tamarind - big lemon size
    Oil - 100gm
    Mustard - 1tsp
    Urad dhal - 2tsp
    Channa dhal - 2tsp
    Groundnut - 3tsp
    Hing - 2tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
    Red chilly - 15nos.
    Vendhaya powder - 1tsp
    Salt to taste

    Dry fry and powder it (Raw powder)
    Channa dhal - 2tsp
    Coriander seeds - 2tsp
    Red chilly - 5nos.

    For seasoning
    Gingelly oil - 2tsp
    Mustard - 1tsp
    Groundnut - 1tsp
    Curry leaves
