    Ingredients
    Rice 1 cup
    Tuvar Dal(pigeon pea lentils) 1/3 cup
    Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
    Tamarind a small lemon size
    Kovakkai/Kundru/Tindora 300 gm
    Onion 2
    Tomatoes 2
    Green chilli 1
    Grated coconut 2-3 Tbsp
    Oil 3-4 Tbsp
    Sambar powder 2 tsp+1 Tsp
    Mustard seeds 2 tsp
    Urad dal 1 Tsp
    Hing a pinch
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Salt
    Methi seeds 1/4 Tsp
