Frankie Roll - Tortilla Recipe Wraps - Egg - Paneer - Chicken - Potato

    Ingredients:
    Maida - 1 cup
    Atta ¼ cup
    Salt - to taste
    Water - as required
    Eggs - 3 number
    Potato masala curry - 1 cup
    Paneer pieces - 1 cup
    Onion (chopped) - 1 cup
    Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup
    Capsicum (chopped) - 1 cup
    Coriander - ½ bunch
    Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
    Tomato ketchup - ¼ cup
    Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
    Cheese (grated) - ½ cup
    Tomato sauce - 1 cup
    Lettuce - 1 number
    Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
    Boiled Chicken - 200 grams
    Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
    Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
    Mustard sauce - ½ teaspoon
    Method:
    Take a bowl to add maida, Atta flour, salt, oil, and by adding water make it like a soft dough.
    After resting it for 10-12 minutes, take a portion of dough roll them like then half cook on a hot griddle and keep aside.

    To make a vegetable roll on a hot griddle add some oil, put the half-cooked roti, pour the egg and cook it.
    On top of it add potato masala curry, paneer peices, onion, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, chat masala and shift if into a plate.
    Now add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, bell pepper, onions, grated cheese and serve it.

    To make Chinese style roll add oil on a hot griddle, put a roti, pour egg and cook.
    Then add tomato sauce, potato masala, paneer, onions, tomato, capsicum, lettuce, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, cheese, roll it by using butter paper and serve.

    To make chicken roll add oil on a hot griddle, put a roti, pour egg and cook it.
    On the same griddle, put boiled chicken, tomato sauce, capsicum, onion, tomato, coriander, chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, chat masala, garam masala, lemon juice, butter and cook for few minutes.
    Now transfer the chicken mixture on the roti, top it up with, capsicum, onions, lettuce, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, tomato, coriander and roll and serve.

    To make Egg and Chicken roll heat oil in a griddle, put the roti, pour the egg and cook it.
    Then add tomato sauce, boiled chicken, tomatoes, onions, capsicum, boiled egg, crushed pepper, chat masala, red chili powder, and transfer.
    Now top it up with lettuce, onions, tomato, mustard sauce, cheese and serve.
