    Millet based idli are very good for health as it is very good for diabetes patents for its sustained release of carbohydrates. A s the grains are fermented or mixed with fermented batter it is very soothing to the stomach. This is one of the sure recipe for the health freaks.

    INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS]
    1.RAVA - 1 cup
    2.RAGI FLOUR - 1 cup
    3.CURD - 1 cup
    4.WATER AS REQUIRED
    5.BAKING SODA - 1/2 tsp
    6.SALT - TO TASTE

    METHOD:-
    1.Heat the kadai and fry rava, then transfer into a bowl and mix well with ragi flour, curd, water, baking soda, salt.
    2.Now apply oil to the steamer plates and pour the batter into each area of the steamer.
    3.Cook on steam for 10-12 minutes. Serve it with sambar and chutney.
