    Mix vegetable korma
    Mix veg korma is served in restaurants along with thali,buffets. It is also a favourite dish among vegetarians which is served in almost all the functions. Try yourself to know how tasty it is.
    For masala (gravy)
    Dry coconut 2 tbspn(slices)
    Poppy seeds 2 tbspn
    Cashew 1 tbspn
    Tomato 1 big
    Potato 2 medium sized
    Carrot 1
    Cauliflower 2 florets
    French beans 15
    Green peas less than half cup

    Dry roast coconut and poppy seeds and transfer to a jar and let it cool. Then add cashew and grind them to powder,add Tomato and then grind to a fine paste.(add little water if needed)
    Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces
    Heat a pan add 4 tbspn oil, 1 inch cinnamon,3 cloves,shahzeera half tspn,4 cardamom and fry till slightly brown. Add 1 medium sized onion chopped 2 green chillies and fry until golden brown. When onion turns golden brown then add 1 tspn Ginger and Garlic paste,1/4th tspn turmeric powder,1tspn Red chilli powder and mix then add all the vegetables mix well. Now add 1tspn coriander powder,half tspn cumin powder,1 tspn garam masala powder or chicken masala,masala paste,2 tbspn curd/yogurt,salt according to taste and 1 glass of water and cook on high flame till it boils. When it starts boiling reduce the flame to low cover and for 10 minutes or until vegetables become soft stirring in between. After 10 minutes open the lid add 1 tbspn finely chopped fresh coriander leaves mix well and switch off the flame. Mix vegetable korma is ready to serve.
