Parmesan Crusted Salmon- Episode 59

- This Parmesan crusted salmon is so moist and crunchy on the outside. It can be eaten with almost any side dishes as well. My favorite combination is this salmon, with rice pilaf and a simple green salad.
Ingredients and Measurements:
2 salmon fillets (about 1.5-2 lb in total)
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. dried basil (you may use fresh)
