Crispy and Crunchy Potato Cheese Balls | Fried Potato Balls Recipe | Quick Easy Starter Snack Recipe

Today's recipe is crispy and crunchy Potato Cheese Balls which can be served as a Party Snack or as an evening snack. It is very easy to make this. You could also add boiled corn, chopped carrots etc to this recipe.
Boiled Potatoes - 2
Crushed Black Pepper - 1.5 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1.5 tbsp
Mixed Herbs - 1.5 tbsp
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese Cubes - 8
All Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
Oil - for Frying
Boil the potatoes along with some salt in a pressure cooker.
Peel the skin and mash the potatoes.
Add crushed black pepper, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, cornstarch and breadcrumbs to the mashed potato and mix well. Knead with your hands to form a smooth dough. If required, add more cornstarch and breadcrumbs if the dough is a bit sticky.
Prepare a running batter using all purpose flour, cornstarch, crushed black pepper, salt. Add water to this mixture and make a smooth batter with no lumps in it.
Take small portions of the dough. Flatten it with your palms, place a cheese cube in the middle, seal it and then roll the dough nicely to form a round ball. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.
Dip each of these balls in the all purpose flour cornstarch batter and then coat it with some fresh breadcrumbs, made from fresh bread slices.
Now refrigerate these cheese balls for 2 hours by placing them in the freezer.
Heat oil in a pan. Place the cheese balls inside a deep fry mesh basket and fry the cheese balls on a medium flame from all the sides until they turn golden brown.
Remove onto a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
Yummy and Crispy Potato Cheese Balls are ready to be served. Serve them along with some tomato ketchup while it is still hot and enjoy the cheese melting in your mouth!!!!
