Yummy Bread Snacks Recipe

  • Ingredients:
    4 bread slices
    ½ cup green bell pepper
    ½ cup yellow bell pepper
    ½ cup red onion
    4 tbsp fresh coriander
    4 tbsp rice flour
    ½ tsp red chili flakes
    2 small green chilies
    1 tsp crushed coriander
    ½ tsp chaat masala
    ¾ tsp roasted cumin
    1 ¼ tsp salt
    ½ tsp turmeric
    ½ tsp red chili
    2 ½ tbsp ap flour
    1 tbsp cooking oil

    1. Soak 4 slices of bread in water
    2. Mix the soaked break with chopped bell peppers, red onions, fresh coriander, rice flour, red chili flakes, green chilies, crushed coriander, chaat masala, roasted cumin, and salt to taste
    3. Add turmeric, red chili, and ap flour
    4. Pour cooking oil
    5. Mix well then deep fry in oil for 3 minutes on medium to high heat
    6. Ready to enjoy!
