    don't think you need to worry about that one tiny serrano pepper... that like, POUND of scallions, plus whatever other food there is here should balance out the lack of heat that that pepper brings.
    molly is still awesome and there is a lot of good technique/method knowledge here... even is she DOES have a super bland white-people spice tolerance
