Episode 8: Dum ka Qeema & Pina Colada with Kenwood

  • Dum Ka Qeema

    Ingredients:

    Beef Mince ½ Kg
    Garlic Paste 1 tsp
    Onions (Sliced) 1 tsp
    Tomatoes (Chopped) 5 pieces
    Ginger Paste 2
    Whole Garam Masala 2 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Green Chilies (sliced) 2
    Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
    Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp

    Fry Garlic Paste, Onions (Sliced), Ginger Paste and Ginger (sliced) in a pan. Now add Beef Mince and Whole Garam Masala in it and fry for 5 minutes. Now mix salt, tomatoes and crushed red chilies and fry at low flame, and keep on mixing in between. Now put ginger and green chilies and cook for 2 more minutes. Now serve!

    Pina Colada

    Ingredients:

    Pineapple (crushed) 3 rings
    Orange Juice 1 Cup
    Coconut Milk + Powder 3 tbsp
    Ice (crushed) 1 Cup
    Sugar syrup in pineapple tin 4 tbsp

    Blend all the ingredients for 3 minutes until they look like puree. Pour it into a serving glass and serve.
