The chorizo has to cure for about 3 weeks or until it loses about 35% of its original weight.
The simple ingredients give the authentic Spanish Chorizo flavor.
The curing of the chorizo enhances the taste even more.
The ingredients we used in this chorizo:

- Porc fat
- Curing salt
- Smoked paprika
- Red wine
